MCG Veterans Lasagnathon
Every holiday season, the MCG Veterans Lasagnathon brings warmth, nourishment, and connection to the Imperial County community. In partnership with the Bombay Beach Community Center, we hand-make and personally distribute hundreds of homemade lasagnas to veterans, seniors, and families facing food insecurity — often providing the only holiday meal they’ll enjoy all year.
What began as one person’s effort to make a difference has grown into a beloved community tradition, supported by local volunteers, businesses, and sponsors who come together to spread kindness — one pan at a time.
The MCG Veterans Lasagnathon operates in collaboration with United for Justice, a registered 501(c)(3) organization, making all donations tax-deductible.

Last year we served up 250 Fabulous Holiday Lasagnas and delivered them to Veterans, elderly folks, and families facing food insecurity. This year, with your help, we’re aiming for at least 300 or even MORE!
