Built in 1925, The Villa Valentino is a majestic two-story courtyard complex located in Old Hollywood with True Hollywood History.

The complex offers a variety of different apartments from Studios, 1BR, 2BR, and extraordinary Townhouses. The units on the second floor have beautifully exposed wood ceilings. Most have fireplaces and each displays the distinctive grandeur of the bygone era. There are multiple private and shared courtyards with cascading fountains and beautiful archways that lead you from one section of the building to another. The previous owner spent $1.5 million in restoring this breathtaking architectural gem to its original glory.

Designed by the Davis Brothers Architects, Villa Valentino which was originally named The Roman Gardens is designated as Los Angeles City Cultural Monument #397. It is hailed as one of the best remaining examples of the Garden Court style of architecture from the early 20th century.

As a realtor, my career has been spent in appreciation of our Los Angeles culture in its unique architectural flavor. There is something special here that other cities emulate but can't capture. It's my absolute honor to be a part of the lasting history of this extraordinary landmark.
